PTAK (Professional Trainers Association of Kenya) is the National association dedicated to industrial learning and performance professionals. PTAK's members come from all disciplines and sectors and are all involved in bridging the workplace skills gap.
Members work in organizations of all sizes, in government, as independent consultants, and Industrial Training Services Providers.

PTAK is a product of a trainers' forum held in June 2007 under the facilitation of the DIT. PTAK will widen the profession's focus to link learning and performance to individual and organizational results, and will be the voice of the profession on critical industrial training issues .
